With over 20 years of experience and 17 years of service at Ericsson, Randa El Sawi has been appointed as the company’s new External Communications Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Randa El Sawi previously served as Head of External Communications for the Middle East and Africa, where she played a key role in strengthening Ericsson’s brand presence and amplifying its vision across one of the company’s most dynamic markets.
During her tenure, she worked closely with teams and partners to deliver impactful communications campaigns that highlighted Ericsson’s innovation and leadership.
In her new role, El Sawi will lead external communications across the wider EMEA region, building on her proven track record to expand Ericsson’s narrative and deepen its engagement with stakeholders. She will be responsible for driving communications strategies that reflect Ericsson’s purpose and connect with diverse audiences across the region.
