The Cairo-based logistics and last-mile delivery company, Bosta, closed 2025 with strong operational and commercial performance, executing EGP 27 billion in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and delivering 37 million shipments across its network, according to a statement by Founder and CEO Mohamed Ezzat.
The company reported serving 17 million customers during the year while supporting more than 20,000 businesses, reinforcing Bosta’s position as a critical logistics enabler for Egypt’s fast-growing e-commerce and digital commerce ecosystem.
Beyond scale, Bosta highlighted operational reliability and sustainability as key achievements. In 2025, 95% of all shipments met service-level agreements (SLAs) under the company’s green shipment framework, reflecting continued investment in efficiency, route optimization, and environmentally conscious delivery operations.
Ezzat emphasized that short-term wins did not drive the company’s progress, but rather sustained execution and organizational resilience. He credited Bosta’s performance to a team culture centered on consistency, continuous learning, and rapid problem-solving, noting that growth was achieved through steady improvement rather than shortcuts.
Founded to modernize logistics infrastructure in emerging markets, the company has steadily expanded its footprint by focusing on merchant enablement, technology-driven operations, and customer trust. Its growing merchant base and shipment volumes reflect rising demand for scalable, reliable delivery solutions across Egypt’s digital economy.
Looking ahead, the company signaled that momentum will continue into the coming year. While no specific forecasts were disclosed, Bosta confirmed its intention to further strengthen performance benchmarks, operational standards, and service quality in 2026.
As Egypt’s logistics and e-commerce sectors continue to grow, Bosta’s 2025 results position the company as one of the country’s most significant homegrown technology-driven logistics platforms, entering the next phase of growth with scale, discipline, and execution firmly in place.
