The Egyptian startup platform, Business For Teens, announced the closing of a six-figure Pre-Seed funding round, aimed at building a fully integrated entrepreneurial learning journey, equipping teens with business and leadership skills, and expanding across the Egyptian and Gulf markets.
This funding comes as a continuation of the company’s early successes since its founding. In a short period, the platform has reached more than 10 schools across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and trained over 600 students aged between 10 and 16 in commerce and entrepreneurship skills.
The company has also organized several hands-on exhibitions to showcase students’ projects, attended by hundreds of visitors, to support their ideas and help transform them into real-world experiences.
The investment round was led by Salah Abou Elmagd, a training and sales expert, alongside a group of angel investors, to support expansion plans, program development, and the establishment of strategic partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
Nadim Barakat, Founder of Business For Teens, said:
“We don’t just teach teens theories; we give them a clear pathway that starts from the fundamentals and ends with launching real businesses, while embedding essential personal and business skills needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world. This round enables us to scale our impact to reach thousands of teens across Egypt and the region, and to build strategic partnerships with dozens of schools and educational institutions.”
Business For Teens’ programs are built on more than 12 years of hands-on experience in business development, translated into modern training content based on applied learning, real-world projects, and interactive educational games, in line with the latest global trends in education.
Commenting on the investment, Salah Abou Elmagd stated:
“This investment represents my first step in a series of upcoming investments. I have followed Business For Teens closely since its inception, and I have great confidence in its mission, its ability to succeed and develop the next generation, as well as in the founder’s capability to build a scalable educational platform with real and deep impact.”
The company plans to launch three new levels of its educational programs during the first quarter of 2026, in addition to expanding into more than 30 school partnerships, with a target of training over 6,000 students by the end of the year.
The company also invites schools, youth and community organizations, and educational entities to get in touch through its website to explore collaboration and partnership opportunities.
