In preparation for Aqarmap’s Real Estate Summit for the leaders of the Egyptian & Saudi markets, a high-level Saudi delegation comprising 50+ senior real estate executives arrived in Cairo on Friday.
The tour took place on Fri & Sat, and included visits to several prominent real estate developments in Central and West Cairo, offering guests a direct, on-the-ground perspective of project sites, locations, and development models across the Egyptian market.
Aya Ashraf, CEO of Aqarmap, stated: “Seeing the market firsthand and meeting with decision-makers at Egypt’s leading development companies is a key step ahead of the summit. The tour allows for practical, on-site conversations — not just boardroom discussions.”
Over the course of Friday and Saturday, the delegation held a series of direct meetings with top Egyptian developers to discuss potential partnerships, collaboration models, and shared investment opportunities.
The delegation included representatives from major Saudi real estate firms such as Al Rajhi Saudi Group, Aqarat Real Estate Development, Target Development, Al Balad Al Ameen, Mohammad Al Habib, Abdul Latif Jameel Properties, Makeen, Al Ramz, Ezdihar, Shurfah, Al Mahmal, PanKingdom Real Estate, Arbah Capital, Awj Holding Company, Al Majdiah, and other influential players in the Saudi market.
The tour was organized in collaboration with several top-tier Egyptian developers who opened their project sites for on-site dialogue and exchange.
This field visit served as a practical prelude to the summit – a step toward building real investment collaboration between leading players from both markets.
It is worth noting that this is the fourth edition of the summit, following successful previous editions held in 2015, 2018, and 2023. These earlier summits played a pivotal role in strengthening regional real estate collaboration and opening new horizons for partnerships between the Egyptian and Saudi markets. They also served as key platforms for highlighting promising investment opportunities, facilitating knowledge exchange among leading developers, and bringing decision-makers from both countries closer together.
